These terms govern your use of the TubeTrainer iOS app and the tubetrainer.app website. By using TubeTrainer, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Not medical advice. TubeTrainer is a fitness-tracking tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Exercise carries risk. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise programme, and stop if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TubeTrainer on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with the Apple App Store terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
Your content
The workouts, notes, and coaching references you create are yours. They’re stored on your device (see ourPrivacy Policy). You’re responsible for keeping your own backups.
YouTube content
TubeTrainer lets you save references to, and play, videos hosted on YouTube. That content belongs to its respective creators and is provided by YouTube. TubeTrainer does not own, download, host, or redistribute it. Your use of YouTube content is subject to theYouTube Terms of Service. TubeTrainer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it to break the law or any third party’s terms.
No warranty
TubeTrainer is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that video content from third parties will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of TubeTrainer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. We’ll update the “last updated” date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
